GOOD NEWS! after months and months of applying to dead end jobs and waking up super early for crappy interviews, I GOT A NEW JOB!!! its for DYFS and i will be making very slightly less, BUT i get full government benefits, 2 15 minute breaks, and hour lunch and 40 hrs per week! yay go me! 2 comments|post comment

[18 Apr 2007|10:00am] i am now the proud owner of two almost brand new canon rebel tx slr's - one with the super long lens (i dont know technical talk) and one with the regular lens i got both for 65 bucks off craigslist from someone who preferred digital. lucky me that i prefer both!!!! so now if anyone is looking to help me expand my small portfolio, lemme know. id be happy to take anything of interest, and for free of course. im working on portraits of tattoos at the moment. my brother is my first victim haha, his one whole leg is covered in pirate themed tattoos (a giant ship being attacked by an octupus, a scurvy pirate, a heart that says i love rum, etc) and his other leg is covered in horror movie characters. perhaps when i finally get mine all worked out after changing my mind 234826347236 times i will take a self portrait. 1 comment|post comment

[18 Jan 2007|11:34am] omigosh my poor kitty she has infections, turns out they dont think shes pregnant but shes getting all fixed up today and cj is picking her up and i think they are giving us antibiotics for her :( i almost cried i had a job interview on tuesday but the place was VERY smelly (it was a refinery) and i am almost positive they wanted to hire me... but i didnt want to work 12 hours shifts and get sent back and forth from three diferent buildings including one in upstate pa.. they wanted me to come in wed morning but i didnt show. i tried to call but alls i kept getting was automated voices so OH WELL. i had another interview this morning at DYFUS in voorhees and it went awesome. i really really want that job. post comment
